GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR A SEMINAR

The company FPMD CORP sets up and provides seminars and events in the field of well-being and alternative medicine, in Europe, America, Asia as well as in the French overseas departments and territories, alone or in partnership.
Purpose and scope
These General Conditions of Sale determine the conditions applicable to training services provided by the company FPMD CORP on behalf of a client. Any order for training from the company implies the customer’s unreserved acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale. These conditions prevail over any other customer document, in particular over any general purchasing conditions.
Quote and certificate
FPMD CORP undertakes to provide a quote to the customer if he so requests. The latter is required to return to the company an informed, dated, signed (and stamped for companies) copy, with the mention “Good for agreement”. At the client’s request, a certificate of attendance or end of training can be provided.
Prices and payment terms
The training prices are indicated in TTC. Payment is to be made before execution of the service. Payment of invoices can be made by:

Conditions for postponing and canceling a training session
Cancellation of a registration is possible, provided it is done at least 10 calendar days before the scheduled day and time. Any cancellation must be notified by e-mail to the address: contact@fpmdcorp.com. In the event of cancellation between 4 and 10 working days before the date of the training, the client is required to pay a cancellation penalty of up to 50% of the total initial cost of the training. In the event of cancellation less than 3 working days before the start of the training, a cancellation penalty corresponding to 100% of the total initial cost will be charged to the customer.
The request to postpone his participation in training can be made by the client, provided that a written request is sent by email within 10 days before the date of the event.
In the event of non-performance of its obligations following a fortuitous event or a case of force majeure, FPMD CORP cannot be held liable with regard to its customers. They will be informed by email.
Training program
If he deems it necessary, the facilitator can modify the content of the training sessions according to the group dynamics or the level of the participants. The contents of the programs appearing on the presentation sheets are therefore provided for information only.
Intellectual property and copyright
Training materials, in whatever form (paper, digital, electronic, etc.) are protected by intellectual property and copyright. Their reproduction, partial or total, cannot be carried out without the express consent of the company. The customer agrees not to use, transmit or reproduce all or part of these documents for the purpose of organizing or facilitating training.
Computing and Freedom
The personal information communicated by the client to the company FPMD CORP is useful for the processing of the registration as well as for the constitution of a customer file for commercial prospecting. According to the “Informatique et Libertés” law of January 6, 1978, the customer has the right to access, rectify and oppose personal data concerning him.
